So... Ghost Fan Eeveelution here.Phanteon, the Soul Leecher Pokemon.
Dex 1. Phanteon's soul is weak, so it uses the energy from other souls to keep itself from fading. The more pain the soul is in, the stronger Phanteon becomes.
Dex 2. Phanteon will fade if it doesn't get enough energy to fuel its soul. It's aura can sap the energy from souls, and the head on its tail can devour the souls entirely.

Weight: 41.3 lbs
