I was thinking recently about a lot and I just started to think about when people have a hard time. I've seen people recently fighting over who has the hardest time, the worse day when really you should just try to help one another. If someone looks distressed just try to help if you are able to instead of focusing on only your own problems because it can help you when your able to do something and can make both of you happier. It happenes to me alot ..the distress part...but I easily am able to get oit of it my self..somedays im not so lucky xD...but I dont fight over it ya know...I kind of hide myself which I have been doing hahahaha...is hiding myself more like isolation

It's good you can usually get out of the distress but every once in a while it's bound to happen where you can't help it. I try to hide it as well, but at the same time I try to be vocal to my friends about it when I can. They deserve to know what's wrong in case I am moody with them.
