was to think for a moment,
remember the past,
the happy old days,
and see what has changed about you,
what has changed to force you to change,
and who changed.
It was that simple,
but you forced me to cripple,
made me hide behind a mask,
cover all the trouble,
my never ending struggle.
I knew the day would come,
knew it a long time ago,
I can remember the time when I
talked about how we had nothing
to call trouble, and never would have,
unless there was an extra.

but you preferred this road,
sending me away,
putting me to decay.

I've loved you,
gave up a lot for you,
broke up with friends,
just for you,
carved your name in my skin,
just so that the whole world could learn about you,
but look at you,
do you call it love
because all I hear is rubbish.
I don't care about the others personally,
but why would you do something,
something you knew that'd hurt me,
something I'd not want you to do,
after all that I've sacrificed for you?
