Here is my entry for round 2. .Topic: X-men SteamPunk.
Since steampunk is all about the machines and gadgets I wanted to go with an x-men that was sort of a machine or something like that. I decided to go with Cable [link] 'cus it just seemed like a good steampunk fit. I also thought not a lot of people are going to pick Cable.
Worked really hard on this one and didnt want to mess up my second chance. I probably put about 12-14 hours into this one.

great character choice, Cable is good for a bit of punking. You more than deserved to be in this round, and this is a really solid piece for anyone to go up against. I like to steam coming out the arm pistons, and those guns are just wicked.

Nice concept and nice mechanical arm (not overly crazy w/contraptions, so it's realistic!).
Do have to say his right arm looks off (I know he has 'guns' lol but it just doesn't match his body), but that's the only "bad" thing.
Overall I like it and def a good steampunk rendition of Cable.

Since you seem to be ok, I can tell you exactly what it is with his right arm. It's very over-sized for the rest of him. Anyways, aside from that, I'm actually gonna do a different character, because I want to do a female, and I have a good idea for the composition and mood of the piece already. Maybe another day for my take on Cable.
