If he existed in the game, all likelihood, he would probably be voiced by Maurice LaMarche. I have a few lines I think he might say when you Respawn;
"Don't ask me how you got back here."
"I'm not telling you how you're still kickin'."

I liked him better with the cloak on, it made him look more mysterious, but this is very good none the less.
