What is with artists and leaving their pencils and random shit strewn across the paper?
Yes, we already know that you drew this, we don't need to see the markers and pencils in order to know that.

The artist can do what they like. Perhaps there are other reasons to leaving this "random shit" around the drawing, such as, to make the picture more appealing. I think it would be best if you kept such comments to yourself, and best not to judge when you don't really know what you're talking about.

You can show supplies in another art piece dedicated to just that.
Also, about the aesthetic part, is this considered a drawing or a photograph? It's a terrible picture of a drawing, but a good photograph overall. If you wanted to show off a drawing, take a picture of it in white and even lighting like a normal person does.
