...About time I had a proper experiment form.I had a hell of a time with the name. As weird as 'Billie' sounds (at least to me), I couldn't pass up the coincidental meaning of it. Plus it's sorta like my name... ish...
And support about the name or other suggestions are greatly appreciated. >>
Otherwise... just assume Lilo had one of her lame-arse reasons for choosing it.
Experiment 433
Name: Billie
Function: Jumba made her to be his lawyer in case the Galactic Federation found out about his illegal experiments and he needed a defence.
I know, I'm not a big fan of experiments invented to do such-and-such for Jumba, but she's in the same series as Mary, who also does that. Plus it's only an experiment form, not a proper one.
Abilities: Nothing worth mentioning physically, but she has great brainpower. She can master any language just by hearing a few snippets of it. Verbal retaliation is what she does, and she's good at it. Nobody could beat her in a contest of wits. She can turn almost anything you say back against you and will win any argument in style.
Not saying I can necessarily do this, but it works with the experiment, okay?
Personality: Tomboyish and spunky. Basically just myself really. And also quick-witted and fun-loving. She has to fight her desire to constantly contradict everyone and get into pointless arguments. She also has to do quite a bit of soul-searching - since she's programmed to disagree with whatever anyone says, she has to discover for herself what her own opinions are.
One True Place: Can't think of anything besides a lawyer or comedian. But giving experiments normal jobs they're good at is lame. Help?
...Maybe a lawyer by day, comedian by night...
Plot: I can only think of something sketchy involving someone persuading the Galactic Council to destroy Jumba's abominations, and her having to plead the case for their right to exist.

'Cause Peanuts was the stupidest name I ever thought of.
I've gotten used to Billie for her now, and I wanted something that was a bit unisexual because she's tomboyish, and it also has a great definition that fits with her function.

Eyelashes are a very minute detail so I tend not to draw them. You don't see any on Stitch ever, do you.

Kila used to have eyelashes just so people could tell she was a girl, but they couldn't tell anyway and I hated those eyelashes. They didn't fit in the style of the show at all. Besides, I wanted Kila to have big, round eyes, and they look bigger and rounder without eyelashes to break up the shape. They didn't fit her at all- if you look at a recent picture of her, she doesn't have them anymore, and hasn't for several months.

I experiment with putting them on my OCs every so often, just in sketch, and it always looks weird to me. So I just never used 'em.
I'd never really consider putting them on anyway, because there's just noooooo reason for them. Lilo and Nani don't have huge black lines coming out of their eyes either, they just have darkened upper eyelids, which I think works quite well.
So yeah, visible eyelashes don't suit a lot of character designs. I don't think they'll ever fit one of mine. If you have a character and people mistake it for a male for that reason alone, they've gotta be pretty closed-minded, ne?

I think the name suits her (and you) just fine.
I can think of one physical feature worth mentioning: she's very fluffy.
The brainpower part sounds a lot like you, and so does the bit about disagreeing with everything.

I'm not ruling Demon out or anything... she just grew into her own personality so we're not that similar. I felt like making one that looked less like Stitch and related more to me.
