There is just something disarming about those monochromatic cartoon faces of theirs. I doubt House made them to strike fear into people's hearts; he probably made them to look less scary so more people would come to New Vegas and spend money.
In any case, I found all of Robert House's robots are delightfully hilarious in their oblivious nature to the hell around them--as well as their dialogue.
Nice portrayals of the duo, partner.
