Anyways, just my Naruto girl who dresses very skantacular. <3 Mizuki <3 <3. I love her weapons, I hate drawing it. I was also too lazy to shade this, mostly for the character-sheet like feel.

Personality: Mizuki is a bit eccentric to put it simply, possessing both an upbeat attitude and a stifling blood lust. She is a woman who appears to know nothing of modesty, and will often dress quite inappropriately despite situational calls. Often, she is loud mouthed and opinionated, which would get her into quite a bit of trouble if she weren’t so aptly trained. When provoked, she becomes quite brutal, and will often massacre her opponents without a shred of remorse; her favourite technique involving setting her enemy in a deeply frozen state, and shattering them into tiny, blood stained pieces. Violence and pain amuse her, but that’s not to say she doesn’t have a caring side—she can be friendly, and even a little loyal, to those she chooses to befriend. Her bad side, however, is not a side you’d want to be listed under.

History: Mizuki was orphaned at a rather young age, and was taken in by the future Kage of the Hidden Mist as a personal assistant. For many years, she was left tending to paperwork, as well as her Kage’s many personal requests; an unfortunate matter that allowed her to learn a great deal about the duties charged to the Mizukage. As she grew up, Mizuki was able to learn from the Mizukage personally, allowing her fighting skills to develop at expedited rate. Though she saw this man as her sensei, there bond had become quite platonic, a father-daughter love forming in the wake of their time together.

She surpassed the other students in her academy quite rapidly, her skills allowing her to bypass the rank of Chuunin all together on her road to the top. Many of the Mist’s occupants believed that she would be the future of the village, and that when the Mizukage had been prepared to step down, he would pass the honor onto his adopted daughter. Unfortunately, before a true successor could be named, the Hidden Mist fell under attack—and the protection of the village cost the Mizukage his life. Once again, Mizuki had been deprived of a family, and furthermore, had refused the position of Kage within the village. Instead, she would take revenge on the village that had laid their hero to waste.

After informing the councils of her departure, she was granted temporary leave from the Hidden Mist, supposedly to broaden her skills. What no one seemed to know was the girls true intentions, intent that became all too clear when the Kage of a neighboring village soon met with an unfortunate end. They say that the Raikage was cut open with surgical precision whilst living, his organs placed around his neck in a noose like fashion. He was hung by his own small intestine…

Extra: Mizuki has a strange obsession with stuffed animals, and tends to be incredibly nice to those who give them to her, and more forgiving to those who offer them as make-up gifts.

Weapons: A chigiriki, which is a mace type weapon. It consists of a relatively short Bo staff with a two and a half foot long chain attached at one end. The end of the chain has a crescent blade shaped much like a moon, which tends to be sharpened on all edges.

Ninjutsu:
Mizu Bunshin (Water Clone Technique): Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however; it cannot travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.

Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique): Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby

Hyorou no Jutsu (Ice Prison Technique) Hyourou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that, upon touching the ground, causes columns of ice to rise from the ground at her foe. If caught, the ice will rise up around her target and imprison them. She can also use this technique as a defensive measure, raising the ice to form a shield against incoming attacks.

Kyoumon no Jutsu (Mirrored Wall Technique): A high-class barrier that reflects attacks from the outside. However, it is easy to break from the inside.

Hyouton (Snow Storm Swallows): Hyouton is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. Mizuki will create ice swallows which she can launch at her opponent. As they fly through the air, these deadly birds can hone in on their target. A sufficiently hot enough counter can melt the ice swallows.

Takitsubo no Jutsu (Waterfall Basin Technique): Takitsubo no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja will do the necessary hand seals to create a large volume of water.

Kotsurara no Jutsu (Great Pillar of Ice): After the necessary hand seals, Mizuki can create an oversized lancet composed entirely of sharpened ice crystals. At her will, she can control this pillar as though it were entirely free flowing, both expanding and constricting the flow of ice towards her opponent. She can also use this technique to coat the ground in ice, impeding the movement of other fighters during battle.

Ryuujin Oonami Aisu no Jutsu (Dragon King Deluge Technique): Mizuki does a long string of hand seals, which then causes a column of water in the form of a dragon to rise from the water, solidifying before the opponent’s eyes as it draws together more liquid. Once complete, the dragon launches relentlessly towards the enemy, following the movements of Mizuki’s Chigiriki.

Kantai Utsu no Jutsu (Frigid Demolition Technique): The Kantai Utsu doesn't use hand signs, it relies only on the chakra control of the user, and once it's complete, it becomes self-sustaining. The chakra is infused with ice, and compacted into such a small state that physical law allows said spinning chakra to grind whatever it comes in contact with, causing major damage to whatever it hits. Unless countered adequately, prolonged exposure to this attack will cause her enemy’s body to solidify, allowing her to crush the crystallized being at will. Thankfully, the effects will wear off within a few moments if she does choose to be merciful.

Genjutsu:
Kokohi no Jutsu (False Place Technique): Kokohi no Jutsu is a simple Genjutsu technique which changes the appearance of a nearby object.

Nehan Shouja no Jutsu (Temple of Nirvana Technique): Nehan Shouja no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that allows the caster to place a large body of people into a unconscious state. The target can avoid the spell by forming and using the dispel skill.

Kirameki Yousouya no Jutsu (Sparkling Crystal Gazer Technique): With this technique, Mizuki is able to create a mirror composed of solid ice, which she can then show to others at her will. Once sucked into this technique, her enemies find themselves immersed in their deepest fantasies. Often, they will live their greatest dreams or precious moments of their past, separating themselves from the reality at hand. If they cannot realize reality, they will be trapped until their mind shuts down, or Mizuki let’s them go.

Taijutsu:
Hien (Flying Swallow): Feeding Chakra into her Chigiriki, Mizuki will extend the length of her chain. An extra extension of invisible Chakra will create a sharp edge that functions like the normal blade itself around the edge of the sharpened crescent. Even if her enemies manage to avoid the metal portion of the blade, the Chakra portion may cut into them as well.

Gouwan (Strong Arm): Mizuki will first build up a high amount of chakra to her fist and then release it in an instant.

Tsuuten Kyaku (Bruising Sky Leg): Using her monstrous strength, Mizuki will raise her leg in a high arc, and bring it thundering down causing massive damage to whatever it impacts
