It's actually a glitched up Kangaskhan depending on what kind of Missingno. you catch and how you handle it.

I'm probably not gonna catch it since I don't want to keep it in my party oh and if you catch it don't put it in the PC or else it will kinda wreck the game unless you had 6 Pokemon with you which then it will be sent to PC but if that happens don't take it out of the PC because that will also kinda wreck your game.

Now I just encountered Missingno. in my game I used it to get a lot of rare candies now I got a level one hundred vapereon and charizard. I didn't it catch due to fear of everything messing up.

in spanish they're called Islas Naranja (orange islands) so i dunno how are the islands in the english version ^^U

Telling us not to get it, cause supposedly it fucks up your game (I never experienced any problems after capturing or just encountering one when I played it as a kid), telling us that was like reverse psychology, you know we're gonna do it. It's just so enticing to be told not to do somethiing.

"Missing no. is a glitch pokemon found in pokemon Blue red and yellow. this is red + blue's sprite. In red + blue you can encounter him by finding out how to catch pokemon from the old man, go to cinnibar island and surf on the right edge. I don't remember how in yellow. The 5th I belive item in your slot will become a # higher than 99 and your hall of fame data fucks up. Hes at lv.169 I belive and he evolves into kangaskhan. His only moves are water gun, water Gun(no I didn't accidentlly repeat water gun It has both), and sky attack. He also has terrible defence. Every type is normally effective against him exept fighting. He is a bird/normal type in red/blue and a normal/999 in yellow. A variation is (glitch text) 'M (glitch text) who is almost exactly the same in every way except he's lv.0. Some of this info may be wrong and a lot of it isn't here. Ah, I remember when my Pokemon Blue became UNPLAYABLE because of him.

I had Blue version, caught several of those guys, and that never happened to my game.

Well, it became unplayable, but luckily I hadn't saved, so rebooting my GameBoy solved it.
I also recall catching a level 100 Nidoking and ROFLstomping my way trough the League with it.
Fun times.

I remember when I got missingNo. on pokemon silver. It happened when the game got wet. When it became dry I played the game and I encountered a Missingno., and I captured it to observe it. I went to the pokemon center to hesl my pokemon and the music sounded exactly like the cartoon version(Yes, on a gameboy game!)! When I played the game long enough it just crashed it could never be played again.

Everyone is obsessed by this mild Pokeglitch. That's why I prefer the rare more dangerous guys, like A, h Poke, .4, Female Symbol, and abominations to horrible to be named.
