Okay so I just got my first tablet and drawing program a few days ago and wanted to see what I was capable of with out any experience with it.I managed to make this in around 2-3 hours and I know there's a few half assed areas but it was more of an opportunity to explore the program and the tablet's features than trying to create a master piece XD and for my first time I'm pleased with the out come!
It's still really alien having to make brush strokes on something and see the line appear on something else, definitely gonna take a lot of getting used to but I can't wait to become more familiar with this awesome device I had a lot of fun doing it!

I really think that you are going to enjoy using the tablet. I had mine for about a year and a half, and I look back on a few drawings and paintings. HUUUGE difference! Digital painting is grueling, like many areas in art, but you know I think you are able to find your own niche and develop that talent. And yyeeaaaahhhh this is your typical artsy nerd who happens to really enjoy your channel when staying up til 5 in the morning working on projects. XD So I hope you are enjoying yourself here, look at some different art once in a while, and go nuts!! You might not ever see this, but its awesome to say hello WHATS UP nonetheless!! XD I HAVE NO REGRETS!

That looks really good for a first time! I'm also a beginner at drawing on a tablet and I can say from experience that getting shadows to fall realistically on a face isn't easy but you did a pretty good job of it on your first try!

This is pretty good for your first try! When I got mines, I was already kinda used to the whole concept of making brush strokes on something and having it appear somewhere else, having drawn with a mouse for the longest time. Tablets are really fun, though.

This is pretty cool Snake where did you get the texture for pencil art? Anyway if you drew this on a tablet then its Digital art not traditional, although it looks tradition with how well you used the tablet o.o

oh my bad, I'm just used to 'traditional' methods so I thought that's what I was supposed to pick XD I didn't do any of that layer stuff and whatever, old school hatching shading on one canvas etc XD I shall remember for future drawings thanks

Not a problem, but what program did you use? Me and Jany use SAI paint tool but what you used looks different to me ... I can't tell if you used SAI or Photoshop

Lol but really this is amazing for a first attempt, I wish I had a tablet but I just go old school with a pencil, a sharpie marker to outline and colored pencils. But still, I really like this, I wonder what you have in mind for future drawling.

drawing and gaming require tons of time and it's so hard to manage both.
protips(not,lol)-
- get a sketchbook,it's great to get you like,"moving".
-draw from some pictures,anatomy stuff ,films screenshots,magazines
this will speed up your skills for sure.
