Unfortunately, there was no specific program I used. I used Korg's M1 and Wavestation VST's, Stylus RMX, and samples of the Synclavier and Fairlight Series III, and lined them all up in Logic Pro. Only the Korg synths are relatively affordable, unfortunately.
