How'd ya get the legs to be curved up like paws? Also is there a specific technique to get the paws on there?

Actually, they ARE paws. Almost everything from the shorts down is from a stock photo, scaled to fit the body and shifted into a more upright stance using Puppet Warp, with the original legs Clone Stamped out of the background
