Description Ladies and gentlemen, we have tail!

Someone in ~Khedvu ’s stream suggested that I try an otteroo (otter/kangaroo hybrid).  He’d been drawing a similarly themed roo TF at the time, so ~dozen1990 was kind enough to pose for me so I could do my own take on it.
