I'm afraid you're going to have to be more specific. If you mean what medium is it, it's digital. I used Photoshop CS6, a Wacom Cintiq, and about 4 hours time.

Oh sorry! I mean the brush style (I figured you used photoshop). The picture looks like you painted it. I really like it and would like to try it on an upcoming dragon project I'm working on.

Ahh
It's mostly just the default hard round brush! I have the size and opacity controlled by pen pressure, but apart from that it's totally default. In some places (can be seen on the scales), I used one of the default rectangular painterly brushes, again on default settings.
