I would recommend the ears to be a little less colorful.
I think the legs are a little bit too long. I think you should round the paws a little bit, too.
Her personalty really fits how she looks.
I love how you did her bangs, it's very stylish and looks GREAT on Skyla.
I like how you designed the background and the words, but the background makes Skyla a little bit hard to see.
My favorite part of Skyla is her tail. It's very colorful!
Her paws are pretty, too. I love the blue at the end of her paws.

Very nice! I think the only things are I'm going to complain about are the same things as always : the legs and paws.
The paws look a little square. They need to be rounder. The legs are a little too long, unless the charrie does have long legs. That would be interesting.
Also, the cat is slightly hard to see with the background. The background is really pretty, but I think it doesn't work the best here.
Other then that, this is a really pretty reference, and I can not wait to see more pictures of her in the future!
