I've had a rough sketch of this for years now and decided it was just the thing for working digital pencils over toned paper. This character is an otter named Jeff Jadeau. Technically, he's sylvan, which means you're usually going to see him in just his pelt. But today, for whatever reason, he's gone a little more mainstream. Mind you, he looks like he's not going to be like that for long.
