Another alien girl modelling, my third one now. A few things in common with the others, a few things different.
I offered to manipulate *bunniangel any way she wanted, and she wanted three eyes... and then we both added various other ideas, and took some away, and this is the result.
I wanted to keep the snapshot-qualities, but still keep her beautiful even with all that I was doing to her. In the end, I'm really really happy with this.My huge thanks to *bunniangel for the photos, and the ideas, and letting me (and wanting me to) do such a thing to her in the first place.
EDIT: before some of the commenting gets nastier, regarding what is to someone's taste and what isn't, see my journal . But I am going to assume that any comment that refers to her as freaky, scary or nasty is referring to the alien I created from the model, and not to *bunniangel herself.

The flt face is pretty cool....as is the 3rd eye, but what made this piece stick out (to me) is the neck. the removed shin neir the tendons of the shoulders is just really reallycool.....alien almost..and pretty durn origional imo.

As a fan of well made photomanipulations, I am very impressed. Amazingly done picture, I didnt know that it was even possible to do such great manipulation. My hat of to you, you are a master in the art.

Three eyes don't scare me - they are kindof natural for me
Making it vertical would allow to look at the sky without raising ones head....
A thumb on each side of the hand is a nice dextrous idea.

good job getting all those nasty facial effects out of the way. looks like real skin there... also, i always think you do a great job of making the skin look real when you cut something off of add something in, like those sholders you got there, or the extra finger.
wish i could do that, as my efforts yield fairly obvious line of errasing and whatnot

Absolutely stunning. I'd say this is one of your best yet. The pose is ultra-chic. It looks like a fashion magazine ad from another planet or something. (Even though she's not wearing clothes or anything.. .so a makeup ad. ;d)
Anyways, it came out awesome. I totally love it, all the way down to the freckles and the extra thumb. Great work, Quaid.

I really, really like it. The double thumb is subtle, the eye is cool. The only thing that startled me and made me double take is the lack of a nose, which is what a lot of the RUDE people who have commented are likely having a problem getting over.

Awesome, dude! I love the green eyes. They are sooo hypnotic. The separate trapezius muscles are a different technique. Creepy, but ingenious. I also like the double thumbs. Give a new meaning to the term "she's all thumbs." LOL

I happen to be a fan of most of Quaids work, but I do find this scary, and something can be said for 'freedom of opinion'

Freedom of opinion is a wonderful thing. With that freedom, however, one must learn some basic tact. Your comment was rude, plain and simple, whether you intended it to be or not. That's someone's photo under there, and it's possible, if unlikely, that the model might think your comments directed at her rather than the end result. Consider the feelings of others before posting comments and you'll be amazed at the positive response you get.

I seem to remember adding 'No offence to the model intended', or words to that effect
While I am certain that the model in her original form is beautiful, in this format the way she has been altered scares me
