I decided to have my own diamond~
(My first OC of 2017)

Her design is done and I'm excited to assemble her court~!
-Pearls must have their gem in the same location as the diamond (below her breast) and be lavender/pastel purple/white
-All other gems must be pastel or white
-All non pearl gems must have a purple diamond on their outfit.

Theme/Inspiration: Lavenderrrrrr <3

Bio: Created long before the crystal gems and any thought of rebellion, Lavender Diamond was meant to join the Homeworlds Diamond Authority. However, after discovering a 7 planet solar system far away from Homeworld she left and brought with her 6 other gems to rule over her new colony. She didn't leave with any thoughts of rebellion or hate for homeworld. Lavender Diamond left because she saw a better life for her people in that solar system; there they could build their own lives and choose their fate.

Now she offers her solar system as a home and place of rest for not only her loyal subjects but for both homeworlds defects and it's most dedicated subjects. The only demand is that they abide by her colonies peace pact.

Despite Lavender Diamonds neutrality and desire for peace, like all leaders, she has some gems who greatly disagree with the way she rules. The rebellion is comprised of Homeworld aligned gems that claim treachery for housing Homeworld defects and the Outcasts or Defectors claiming her acceptance of Homeworld gems is an act of betrayal to those who came to her in need. Even some of her own court eventually came to rebel against her over who the colony should align with and because she very much refuses to take part in any conflict outside of her 7 planet home.

She is a just and fair ruler, with her Royal Servants and Planetary Athority by her side, Lavender Diamond promises her subjects a safe home full of opportunity and wonder.

Abilities: Whatever they are, she doesn't use them a lot except for shapeshifting.

- Has a girlfriend (or does she?) and no one believes her. (never gets to see her ever)
- She's Dating Alexandrite (By @/Debtly) She Loves him a lot.
- She will shapeshift to be smaller to interact with her subjects better, this is tiring so she obvs can't do it forever.
- She never wears shoes in her colony, just pretty socks.
Headcanons:
- She's the biggest mom™.
- All she wants is for her subjects to live happy lives.
- Personally cares for every single subject she has (even if they don't like her.)
- Loves the idea of fusion but thinks it shouldn't always be permanent (all good things come to an end sometime.)
