Her debut wallpaper ( ) is nice and all, but I couldn't help but feel that she deserved some high resolution love. So I've produced this re-render at 1440x2560. Just for funsiesEnjoy!
Just some technical bits:
I've learned that a lot of my filmgrain/artifacting problems were caused by having SSS(SubSurface Shaders) enabled. So in this render and future ones, I've disabled them. As a result my render time has been reduced, I've got less noise, and the resolution is even higher.
I understand that SSS does produce more realistic skintones, but honestly I'm not convinced SSS is necessary when adequate use of older shaders can produce equally nice results. But I'll let you guys be the judge on that
