What disturbs me is how well he pulls it off. That's proper Alaxon when you make that hair work ...

The expression is what makes it worth it. I love the personality that comes through. Beautiful work, skillfully done.

In TES the person will take after the mother. A half-Altmer/Bosmer/Dunmer would still look either completely human, or completely mer, depending on what their mother was.

If you mean a child of two types of mer, then, according to the game lore, the child genrally looks like (and is) the race of its mother, but with possible features from the father. At least if the book can be trusted (which is not guaranteed because of a lot of things, including books in the TES universum being written as if the people of the world, not having all knowledge on hand, wrote them, so they're not 100% correct) - elderscrolls.fandom.com/wiki/N… . The book is also questionable via the existence of Bretons, if they truly are half-elven hybrid race (the single player games make them look human, but in ESO you can add pointy ears). There are some comments on Bretons in this en.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:The_Bret…

keep in mind though that bretons came around on the first era. that's some 2900 years, until we hit the second era and go forward another +583 years or what have you in their evolutionary cycle. that's more than 3000 years of interbreeding with other humans and is a sure way to get rid of most (if not all) elven features. some do still have ever so slightly pointy ear tips, but otherwise, they look like any other human and have a natural affinity toward magical skills.
