Walk-through tutorial from concept to coloring for this and several other related images

BTW, the kids posing in the top banner of the tutorial are not Lindsay and myself.

This image is a byproduct of a project commissioned by Corel as part of a Painter X/CorelDRAW marketing campaign.

The project was on a super tight deadline. Taking into consideration my inking and screentoning duties on Peach Fuzz, I couldn't figure out how to do the Corel project in time. Lindsay however, had a plan.

The first thing we did was that Lindsay took over the duties of writing and editing the contributed segment of the tutorial. Thank you .

The second thing that saved the project was Lindsay’s suggestion that we hire on another artist to help with the workload. Fortunately, Lindsay knows a lot of people in this industry. She commissioned one of the most talented and popular artists on DeviantART for some moonlighting on the project.

Somehow, Lindsay managed to persuade to assist on the project by coloring up my line work. I couldn't believe it when she agreed. For me it was like getting Hyung-Tae Kim or Tetsuya Nomura to help out. Ms,Shatia is really amazing. I was honored to have her working with me. Thanks Nashya!
