"Rorschach journal, March 12. The filth of the city gets hit by rain while I enjoy a cold sweet treat over the rooftops while being chased by a helicopter. I'm hoping to run into some trouble. But not just yet..."

I did this in March 2009 for a contest on Worth1000 in which we had to show that the character Rorschach, from the "Watchmen" film, is everywhere and doing everything. I wanted to show him when he's not fighting crime. Eating ice cream and skateboarding looked like a good idea to me!

This was my first attempt at creating rain from scratch within photoshop.

"Rorschach" and "Watchmen" were created by writer Alan Moore for a graphic novel (and illustrated by artist Dave Gibbons) which was published by DC Comics.
