i had a problem
a morbid phobia of NOT being able to fall asleep
all the anxiety led to me having severe bouts of the most horrid insomnia
to this day i just except the fact that it takes me at least an hour of just laying in bed hoping to fall asleep.

it takes me about an hour of laying there to fall asleep, too. but sometimes im afraid of falling asleep cuz i have no control over my dreams and a lot of my dreams can mess me up for days. /:

mmm, i just have really intense tiering lucid dreams, those take so much energy.
i have quite an obscene amount of nightmares of the apocalypse too for some reason. :/
