PLEASE COMMENT!Yep, I've revamped my popular Half-Life - Guilt deviation. The more I looked at the original piece, the more I thought "Damn, the outlines and shading are awful.
" So, here we are. I've corrected the outlines in Illustrator, added some more wrinkles on Gordon's face to harden his traits some more and NOW I'm thoroughly happy with it. 
The main differences are that the G-Man's skin tone is paler and the test chamber screenshot is bigger. And since I'm such a sadistic prick, I've hurt Gordon!
Where the marks are from? It could be anything Gordon is unwillingly used to face: a headcrab's teeth, a vicious Zombie's slashes, speeding bullets, flying debris, explosions... well, you got the picture.. . .

The style remind me a lot of the Clone Wars cartoon and a bit of the Men in Black the series, but in an unique way. Both been set on a sci-fy world where aliens walk among us I can't help but wonder if you did drawn inspiration from any of these show, they were also quite interesting to watch ^^

This is what I hate most in Half Life . That Gordon is yet another silent protagonist . I mean , Gordon is one of my most favorite gaming heroes ever and one of those characters . The level of his badass measure is over 900000 since he managed to survive Black Mesa , Xen , destroy Citadel and put an end to Combine occupation of Earth ( assuming they will reach the Borealis first ) and he was not a typical hero for those times . HE was just a nerdy scientist compared to Duke Nukem , Doomguy , Blaskowitz . But maybe because of that we respect him so much . But what I want to see how does he feel . I mean no oneΒ meany to cause this disaster but still it was he who pushed that crystal . And that disaster took lives not just in BM but in whole Earth and Xen . This pic in my eyes perfectly describes how can he feel that it all started because of that crystal . But still there are many people like meΒ who believe in Gordon that he will make things right and I am more than sure he CAN AND WILL make things right . We are with you Gordon

Back then, it was a WIP screenshot from the now-released Half-Life 2 mod Black Mesa that I modified to give it a sort of comic book feel, but I drew both characters.
Though the comment is appreciated, I urge you to look at my more recent works. They're a damn sight better drawn than my earlier works like this one.

Why does looking at the way Freeman is drawn here makes me think Half-Life should be an animated series on Adult Swim or MTV?

I love this picture! Since we never get to hear Gordon talk; I've always wondered if he ever felt any sort of guilt for causing the BM Incident. Sure it wasn't fully his fault, but I would feel pretty darn bad for pushing that cart in and screwing over the entire human race. Great pic bro

im a big fan of half life though ive never played the first one and i cant wait till the next game/episode comes out! but i have to say that this pic is very good and i love gordons experrsion(cant spell) and the way G-man looks, overall its REALLY good. i dont think i could do that! lol but its still

i like this. especially since most people only makes jokes about Freeman.
Freemans mind on you tube for example. but this feels more realistic.
