They're a .rar file, aren't they supposed to be something else?

When you download these, they are a .rar file. When I get a different brush set, they are a completely different file. So I think that they are supposed to be a different file instead of .rar.

Now it started working here. I extracted the .rar file and copied to my brush folder. Then I loaded it using Photoshop CS2... If you have any doubts, ask me here by e-mail or MSN Messenger: thechaosmaker@gmail.com.
