Here's how I drew zeref.. ^^ hope it could help you..I'm sorry this is my first time to do something like this so it's not perfect..and I think it was too simple^^ so If you still have questions feel free to comment^^
I know I'm still not that good.. but to help those who were asking me.. I came up with this..^^
materials used:
rotring mechanical pencil 0.5
5b faber castell
paint brush
kneaded eraser
cotton bud

Do you find it hard to align the eyes evenly??? can you tell me some techniques for better alignment??

yes.. i'm sorry i don't have any technique for that.. I just erase when I think it's wrong...^^

Wait, wait, wait, wait. How do you use the paint brush to blend!? I have heard of many techniques, but this is new. But it looks like it works really well. I always end up using my fingers, so they always get really stained with graphite :/

I use the brush without water.. just shade the way you usually do.. then for blending use the brush instead of your fingers.. it's best for hair.. and it works well when you have darker shading.. you can also try powdering your graphite using sand paper.. then use the powder for shading with a brush..

well you don't really need expensive materials to create an art.. you can always use what you have.. you can use ordinary pencils..^^ you just have to apply the techniques you've learned and just improvise^^ like for blending you could use tissue or cotton.. and for eraser ordinary eraser will do..^^
