Story:

Prior to their birth, Ren's family had wide connections like every other upper middle class in a rich region. As Tian grew richer in time, some smaller international companies were facing bankruptcy and that was when an organization named New World(新天地) offered them to come under their branch. Fortunately, Ren's parents happened to have invested in such organization. NW then quickly expanded and became world's most influential company. Ren was born a decade later. Now the elder members of NW, Ren's parents wanted Ren to take part in the company. Though their dad, not wanting them to be bounded by the current education system, took them somewhere else so they could learn different things and view different perspectives that might help they grew. Kanata, an equally as rich and the biggest market of NW, became the ideal choice. Ren left at the age of 7 with their parents to NW's secondary base in Kanata, received education there and learning bits and pieces about their parents' job. At the age of 13 their dad approached with a casual question: How do you feel being in charge of NW. Despite being an introvert who stayed back to let others take lead, Ren was intrigued by the idea and said they wouldn't mind. For the next few years Ren was trained. What they were unaware of was the position waiting for them at the end of everything, the Chief Executive Officer. No no no I can't do it, They waved their hands like mad and shook head in denial. It's not something one could get under few years of training. We prepared you your entire life, their parents said. But you won't be alone. All of the elders and the core members will assist you in every possible way. You are still in training, but to the outside you are official. Ren took on the position of "CEO" at the age of 20 and renamed the company to NER. A year later they went back to Tian, NER's headquarter, while their parents managed the place from Kanata. It wouldn't be long until they were contacted by a mysterious source in city Xian to take two troublemakers away from an academy. And It wouldn't be long until they had to step in due to the issues raising in the city that prevented their targets from leaving, and could potentially affect the future of Tian itself.

Personality:

Being in the company had altered their personality but only for work. They appear to be very professional, focused, confident, and knowledgeable. Behind the scene Ren self-doubts and needs a lot of help from the members of the corporation, their parents, and constant support from Cory. They are pretty much the definition of fake it till you make it. Outside of work Ren is extremely relaxed, friendly, and spontaneously creative. They are less introverted due to all the interactions required for their position. They are very egocentric when it comes to love and subjects they are passionate of.
