... wait, is this supposed to mean "you get shocked if you pee on the electric fence?" Cause if it does, i don't think thats possible.... the laws of physics make sure that streams of liquid break up into droplets as they travel....so they wouldn't conduct electricity........because they're not connected (duh, why did i write that?)... oh well everyones comments seem to go against me so i'd just better shut up now.

actualy that is possible , i read an article couple of years ago , about a teenager from russia who peed on a electric fence with high voltage and burned his penis off ........, doctors then grew a penis on his arm using a tube (the skin grew around the tube .....for 10 months ) , then removed it ....and patched it to his groin ......, replacing his old penis.
