Pics from this series processing up to 20 minutes. But here is 2 full-clothed characters, semi-transparent blouses and large environment.
2 chars in bikini and simple environment (ring + HDRi) - 10-15 min.
Solo char w/o environment - 1 min. (Iray only)
It's on the Core i5 3GHz, 16Gb RAM and single GTX960 4Gb.

You can try 3Delight and some older figures: Genesis1, Genesis2 + suitable content. Without SSS shader. It would be faster.
