Looking great! I personally love seeing goblins, and the alike, inserted into sci-fi settings.
I really enjoy this picture as a whole. I feel as if it's really telling a story; it sets a distinct scene, introduces two characters and their relationship to the other. It's making me curious about the full story and wanting to know more!
The characters' design is a lot of fun, the combination of their species, cyborg parts and captains' attire looks really cool. I'd say they have some concepts in common, yet they're both remain unique.
I also think this is the most advanced picture I've seen from you; having a full background, multiply characters and complex shading going on.
