Call me a bitch, but I don't think this piece should be on the front page. I don't think it deserves so many favourites. It's a picture of a cup. What has deviantART turned into? It's like anyone can add bokehs and lipstick I-love-yous to anything these days, and it makes the front page.
Don't get me wrong, though. This is pretty. But it doesn't speak. It's the art equivalent of a retarded blonde. And no, I won't take that back. It's pretty, but it shouldn't be on the front page. That's my opinion. Flame me if you shall.

actually it is not like it is her "fault" the image is on the front page. if people like it, they will fave it and that pushes the image in front.

Also, yes, I did say it was pretty and it looks good. But there is way better art on this site which doesn't have as much as 5 favourites. I'm pissed off with the bokeh trend and the general photography trend going about art galleries and art communities these days. Sometimes I burst like this, and assert my opinions. If you mind, I'm sorry to hear that. But then again, I didn't attack her personally, much less you.

Just because you don't like it doesn't mean it doesn't deserve to be on the front page. That's pretty goddamned selfish, if you ask me. I'm sick of people giving their opinion on shit they probably aren't capable of doing in the first place, and you did exactly that.
Also, I know there is "better" art with a lot less favorites. That's their fault for not getting their work out there in the first place...everyone has to promote their work, even the people who are super popular had to do it at first.

I don't aim to convince you that I can do a hundred times better than this just by using my left brain for five seconds. I can't convince you of that, and I don't aim to. In fact, I don't aim for anything with the comment I posted. I have seen better art, with better concepts, real art, creative things that will rock your socks off better than any "pretty" piece. This is all my opinion. I got pissed, I vented about it in a comment, and the artist didn't bitch half as much as you did about it, because she got the point. I don't see your point and what you're tying to prove. Enlighten me, maybe? Not that I care, since I have no idea who you are, and I didn't address you in the first place.
