Today... Was just one of those days. I had a wild hair, and I wanted to work on Toon Predator for an upcoming project. I have an Alien in the works, too, but it needs some more adjustments.That's not to say that I won't tweak Toon Predator quite a bit before I'm satisfied. I'm shooting for a happy medium between Animaniacs and general anime.

Cute as hell, but still able to take your head off. Yup, that's at least part of what I was shooting for.

W/ something like a predator it's not easy to go completely "anime". Their facial structure is far too different. I would have to say, focus on the eyes, the anime-like expressions or gestures, and the overall chibi/anime proportions. 
For what you have going right now, I think you're doing a great job. Believe it or not you can even simplify/ remove more details from what you have and make things look simpler and still be like animation - since most of it was simplified to reduce the amount of lines. That's if you are going for an animation look instead of a comic-book look. I guess.
I'm not an expert so take the advice or leave it, as you wish.

That is some good advice about how to handle the expression (through the eyes and eyebrows, mostly), and I had been thinking about simplifying the lines further. Thank you!
