Another finished request, this one's Viktor, OC of . Actually the original OC isn't human, but he lets me to draw him as a gijinka
He's from his original creation, "Elemental Guardians" and he's the guardian of electricity. Go check out his page if you wanna know more!
The requestor had pretty much explained the OC design as detailed as possible so I just try to draw as what he described. Such a big help
The boot soles are used to transfer electricity to the hoverboard, so I made it bordered with metal and lined with some electrical-ish circuits to let him do so
ANW, Viktor is originally made by Bronwyn, and belongs to ~TheLupineOne . He also have my permission to use this sheet for whatever he please.
