Description This time I'll make a tutorial about the zoom effect. This' the same effect that I used in my Luke pic -> [link]

And....yeah, you know why I made the brush scattering tutorial first.

Oh yeah, this' done in PS CS too. I guess this'll work in older versions too...

Anyways.....I hope you can understand and find it useful~

Oh wow, this zoom effect is a lot softer than the one I do, due to the way you've done it. I like that...this will be really useful knowledge for when I don't want a sharp-lined zoom
