well, if we trust in the alien technology, I'll go for the idea of the interior that remains stationary while the outside of the UFO spins in some sort of gyroscopic effect...I think is the most logic way ..I guess !
I have a picture with a "center core" study of how many "aliens" go inside and how big is this "center core", but its to much of a kind of "WIP" or detail pic...maybe I will post that pic afterwards . To my research , they will be 3 occupants Β ( you can see the scale in other of my actual artworks... )

Yah...working out which bits spin and which bits don't. That's the trick.

Oh , oh , oh...I also think that there are different sizes of UFO according to the mission , even a unmanned smaller ones. You know how TV shows are !!
