Update para o Longhorn Explorer Mod e agora possui a checkbox escrito 'Ativar a sidebar' por enquanto está desativada por padrão. Vem em dois estilos, Longhorn Luna e Longhorn Slate.--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update for Longhorn Explorer Mod and now there the item "Enable the sidebar" for now is off by default. It comes in two styles, Longhorn Luna and Longhorn Slate.

looking at the name "longhorn" it reminded me, that (i think so) was the codename of vista, and there was some patcher, that patched the files of XP so they would look like pre-vista
was this patcher released by microsoft, or by fans?

You're talking about Longhorn Reloaded?
Longhorn and Windows Vista are different versions, the latest build of Longhorn was the 4094 and thereafter started Windows Vista. In other words, Longhorn not is the Windows Vista.
