I originally wanted to do sandies... even got a Kotobukiya sandtrooper figure for reference... But you know the rest of the story!

I guess it was a natural progression from Sandtroopers to Mandalorians... Both wear customised gear, and were viewed as "outcasts" somehow (some prefer the term "elite" 
Maybe when I complete Ge'tal's first armour I can do a tribute to the sandies... do some desert weathering, perhaps? ;D
