Thought I would redo Gambit. I personaly would love to draw a Gambit book at Marvel. I have so many ideas for him
Starting with this more up to date look for him.If there was anything of mine I would like to see colored it would be this. Different takes on the color scheme and stuff.

i don't know... his hair looks too light and his eyes don't look red... i really liked that about gambit. the clothes are great but longer hair would be better. but hey, that's just my opinion.

I love it. His jacket and boots are to die for. The look like they feel kooshy. In a good way. His hir looks strange like that, but not in a weird way o.O He just looks more juvinile and less...scruffy. Gembit was one of my favorite...what do you call them....reluctant heros.

I, personally, think Gambit looks awesome as he is and am usually oppessed to any changes they make in his outfit, although the new ultimate version is cool. I like this one too, I think I might try my hand at coloring it if you don't mind.

Yeah, I kinda liked the old gambit, too. I haven't been reading the Ultimate X-Men..so I have no idea what he looks like now.

I love the redesign, i tooaly reckon this suits gambit. Oh man i love those shoes he's got they are so cool. I like the hair. Wish MArvel would update their charcters like this.

great redesign. i'm digging the hair - unlike everyone else. if a dude has ever had long hair, he usually winds up cutting it off at some point. besides he's got some length to it in your design.
his hand do look a bit flat, but you've prolly already remedied that.

btw. I love this angle. The hairstyle rocks too. Im tiredd of gambits big hair. Give him a real cut, some edge.

looks cool but besides the carts nothing reminds me of gambit anymore
but your right on redoing him, the original costume he wears totally sucks, the only cool thing is his jacket
i would have added his stick also and maybe didnt change his hair to make him resemble the original one more

Great drawing, although I have to agree with previous comments about the hair (just doesnΒ΄t look like the Gambit I know and love) but thats a matter of personal taste. ItΒ΄s still an awesome job.

Hmm. Well I think the drawing itself is awesome as always but I don't think he looks as evil or menacing as he's supposed to be. I mean, I know he's a good guy, but he's also got that sort of dark side to him and all. I'm pretty sure he worked for Magneto at one point too helping the B.O.M. and all but I could be wrong. He needs to look more Cajun. Lol.
Anyways, awesome work and all. Can't wait to see it colored.
