I was a bit rushed to do both of these so I went ahead and put both girls on the same picture.
Anyway, these are my entries for the next installments of the Model Challenges held at and , held by and , respectively.On the left we have my daughter of Ariel, Harmony, modeling a dress based on one of Ariel's anthropomorphic animal companions, Sebastian. I was originally given Flounder (Ariel's true main sidekick), but was allowed to change since the movie includes several animal companions. (I changed because Flounder, while being a wonderful character, has a somewhat... garish color scheme.
) Harmony's wearing a fairly simple spring dress in Sebastian's colors, an outfit I'm sure he'd be very pleased with.On the right we have my character Mystia modeling her ballet tutu shown here: s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/o… It was a fairly complicated dress to make, and I'm still not entirely happy with the neckline area but I had to give up or it would have driven me bonkers trying to fix it!.
Oh well, it looks fairly good everywhere else, which I'm pretty please with.

loveee your tutu, think the neckline looks fine, know trying to get the skin tone to match sucks and then actually doing it take forever

I love both of them. I do think that Sebastian's color scheme looks much better on her then an outfit of yellow and blue. It's a lovely dress and the pink sash adds a beautiful contrast. I love it.
Mystia looks great in that tutu. I really love how you made the bodice, and love all the details of the whole outfit. The bodice and her hair piece might be my fave parts.
I totally understand about having to give-up while working on something else it drive you completely insane. I have deleted more then one dress I was working on in a fit of frustration at a bit that would not look like I wanted it to. Then later got annoyed that I deleted all that work.
You did a wonderful job here, Kudos!
