here's my critique for www.deviantart.com/projectcomm… !
I think the paws are too small for such a large body. to draw them more accurately, make sure to draw the paws base touching the floor and to make their shape symmetrical to the others. most cat paws also have retracted claws that are visible between the fur line. the wings also look pretty small to me and there are huge blank spots on both wings. add the supportive fathers, which are to be drawn all along the bone of the wing. move both wings to the lower right and draw the shoulder muscles so that they connect to the wing and make it look more robust. the tail should be coming out from above the legs, not to the side like you have drawn. the tails flipper should have a a more prominent spine, which is to be done with shading. there should be scales on the t-rex legs you have near the neck and make the ears on its head larger. add the inside of the ear which would looks better when linked with fur. the chest should have more feathers and shading as well as the head, which, in my opinion, should pushed forward and the beak longer and have a sharper edge.

I have to say, it's a nice design you got here, that's what teamwork does ^^. As it's a sketch, it's hard to be really fair when making a critique so, I'd say that if you ever get time (and the will), perhaps re-draw it? The head, for instance, could be a little bit bigger and forwards. And the eye could be complete (with the pupil). I like the horn you gave it, but the beak could be longer (perhaps eagle like? Yet, as you probably drew it without model to help, can't say it's bad). 
The wings are nicely done, but they hide the frontpaws, perhaps make them upwards, so we could see the torso of the creature? Moreover, I believe the base of the wings should be higher on the body, high enough to reach the base of the feathery part of the creature. Speaking of paws, they could also be bigger (the 'toes' if that can be used in that context). I love how you made the tiny hands on it. Does it mean it can seize things, like food, hatchlings or tool? Does it have enough intelligence to use tool actually?
I am not sure the tail would be more useful than the wings, if I may say, because your creation doesn't look like a water species, but who knows? There is a problem though, you say it's a shark tail, but their tail fins (at the end of the tail) are vertical, not horizontal, as you drew them. Besides, and this is something I have trouble with too, maybe you could make the body shorter. I mean, the hindlegs should be closer to the wings otherwise it gives a strange feeling to the overall appearance.

Don't take bad what I said though, I understood it was a drawing that was modified and a funny time with friends, and it looks good like it is, you and your friends have nice ideas

Do you plan on coloring it? I'd like to see what it look like with color.
