It's nice to see some well-done Killzone related fan-work getting made. Killzone has such a rich lore for a shooter and very few people tap into it. Nice job!

Thanks! I'm such a fan of this game series, but I feel that there isn't enough expansion to the lore. We only get small snippets from the game. And since guerrilla doesn't give us any game about the helghast I feel like making this alternate universe where the helghast wins could shed light on a under appreciated and expansive story we rarely get.

I must admit that I enjoyed the atmosphere of the first Killzone and Killzone liberation much more than 2, 3, and Shadow Fall. It had a gritty and conventional look that the following games lost. The initial E3 trailer for Killzone 2 looked to be on-point to keep that feeling going but, ever since it came out, the games have shifted to a distinctly more sci-fi feel. Don't get me wrong, I still enjoy the everloving Hell out of the games. I just see the direction the studio was initially going in and yearn for what possibilities that might have brought to bear.
The Killzone wiki, unless I'm much mistaken, has a large and expansive timeline chronicling the history of the Killzone universe. It was massive. In it they mention the world "Alpha Centauri" as a sort of checkpoint world for the worlds of Helghan and Vekta to transit to Earth. Seeing as it's unexplored territory perhaps it would make for interesting fan content?

Yes! There is a lot of unexplored lore within the killzone universe that could've been used in the games. I really wish Guerrilla could use some of that 'never before seen' lore in future killzone titles

I know exactly what you mean. It's sad, though, with the way that they've handled the Petrusite Nuking of Helghan and the transit to Earth that you see happen shortly afterwards in Killzone 3. It retcons the planets to being much closer to Earth and, therefore, removes much of the possibilities for other planets, Helghast outposts, or lore in general. Things like General Metrac's genetically engineered super soldiers from Killzone Liberation, too, presented an incredible opportunity for a cool story but were largely just glossed over in later releases. It's a damn shame too because he was terrifying to face down.
