Anywho~ Reaction to my latest flash animation was awesome! ^^ Made me feel so happy :3 (thanks guys! ^^
) I was so happy, I decided to make another paper tutorial as I promised >8DI folded these flowers since I was in 5th grade, so it's been a while. ^^ Stuck in a long drive? Waiting in line for something? Why not fold one of these suckers and amaze the jellybeans outta your friends >:0
I don't know why but these flowers never ceased to amaze my friends of all ages o_o;; (or maybe I hang out with strange people... )

when you curl the (petals) they call that the lily. if you just fold the (petals) down (no curling) they call that the iris. origami is something of a hobby of mine lately.

GAH!!! I'm horrible at folding paper in anyway. I probably can't even fold it in half right. But I tried. and failed miserably. I guess if imake about 30 more i'll be good at it. eventually. Thanks for the tutorial! It will occupy my time for the rest of the summer. Must...get it right!!!

I made a couple of these guys for my date's boutonniere when I went to senior prom in high school. They look really nice if you do a bigger one then two or three little ones around it!
