Edit: (July.23.09):Redid the entire project on a separate file and sorted stuff out. Added a few more artists, changed the rules, and fixed a few things here and there that bugged some people.
It's like past 2 AM. I must really care or something. ;D

Commissions all depend on the artist's individual tastes.
What I'm doing is taking a look at other deviants' pricing rates to get an idea of how to do mine. The best way to go about that is to look at deviants' work who have around the same skill level and/or style as you. Then decide what you're going to be selling and apply it to that.
Then you can go to your local post office and check out shipping prices to various locations (if you're actually mailing cash or items), or you could take a look at Paypal and their charging systems.
And of course there's always DeviantART and their print system!
