Was this a dried flower? It doesn't look fresh, exactly...but it still has a remarkably intact delicacy to it's structure that makes one wonder.

From what I've noticed, the flowers of some roses tend to wither quickly while still attached to the plant and getting adequate hydration. This was the one in my apartment, but my mother also said the roses weirdly started to wither quicker than normal. Perhaps it's a climate issue, the soil issue or something else. At least they produced some fantastic photos for me
