Ever since Pandora got lost, she has been trying hard to survive on her own... hunting small prey, fishing, finding shelter, it has been hard... but the hardest thing was to develop her magic, withou her mother to teach her how to use her gem properly, the girl has to practice what was taught before the incident. She just wishes to at least find another Earth Islander that can teach her magic until she can gets back to her village...
So I was told that an Earth Dragon's magic prowness depends on their size and age, so Pandora cant make any fancy spells yet, but with enough practice she may someday!
