.... To guess why I hate this.
Okay. I said I wouldn't until I found my tablet, but this heres Cloche, my newsest OC. Anyway, bio.

Cloche was the first born of a long line of clock keepers. He had many siblings, but all but one died from a fever. His mother died while giving birth to his youngest sister, (not he one that lived, sadly.) and his father miraculously went missing, leaving he, and his older sister on thier own... Or so he thinks.
If asked, this is moslt likely the story he'll tell you, unwilling to give any details. (If you even get him to ANSWER thats an accomplishment) Cloche actually doesn't remember anypart of his childhood. He simply remembers waking up one day, completely bewildered as to who he was.
It's quite possible that his sister, who he works for, isn't even his sister. There are things he's almost certain of, like his name: Cloche. He's sure it isn't his name, but took it because his "sister" told him it was. I'll go into detail about his real childhood elsewhere.

As for appearance, as you can see, to the plain eye, he hold no colour. He is in no way a Monochromatic demon. He is not demon, and not human. He CAN touch colour, thank you. This is simply a common trait in his country. His eyes here look... rather unnatural. That's because thats extra film covering his eyes, like a second eyelid. He does show his real eyes, but more often in a serious situation where he is demanding dominance (Or if he's really REALLY comfortable with a person) This is just normal body language in his society. As for the black time across his face, it's either a scar, tatoo, of birthmark. He's really not sure, but will say its a birthmark, seeing that it reaches across his second eyelid as well. Speaking of which, odds are, to us, it'll always look like he's staring straight infront of himself, because his eyelids hardly move even though his eyes do. The reason people in his society usually keep thier lids down is because it's inhabitants were originally nocturnal, but trading with other countries was a bit more... difficult because of this, so over a time, they changed.
Personality... Cloche is... an ass. All he really seems to care about is how much money you'll be willing to pay him to fix your clockwork. This low life won't move a finger for anyone else (save his sister) unless he's offered a very high award. He is. Amazingly. Stubborn. He's a bit like a two year old, in the sense that he'll almost always to the exact opposite of what he's told. Cloche, as a person, holds a lot of unwarrented hate. It's unsure why.
In general, he dislikes the poor, taxes, polititions, charity, cats, and coffee.
He tends to like: Tea, (Go fig) money, work, his 'sister', mystery, and pretending he's a dictator. He also has a soft spot for ravens, mostly because he was given one thats... a bit different. He named it Papadopoulos. He scorns crows.
