Custom props are free to use as long as you mention the author, or if the author told directly to not use it, which wasn't the case in any of the customs reunited in the packs. It's like planting a tree in a public park, you can take the fruits and thank the guy who planted it.

I never claimed ownership of any prop that wasn't mine. Besides, you can ask the authors, what I wanted to do with the prop packs was to help the user to use their work, there wasn't a single case of prop misuse, because they're shared resources, we trust each other that they won't be misused.
