Keenan is a good-looking, dumb and arrogant asshole, to put it short. He never passes up opportunities that give him advantages, or opportunities to hook up. He always messes those up however, because his arrogance and idiocy gets in his way and appals those he flirts with.
Despite being incredibly stupid, Keenan probably has some hidden talents he does not care to explore. After all, hes a lazybum too. He spends his days messing with kids on the local playground, with his beloved sister Callie, and sunbathing on the climbing dome. Both him and Callie are in a pseudo-biker gang, in an attempt to be edgy and cool. They both fail miserably, as theyre too soft.
