Everybody's relaxing (or were) so no headsets or sleeves for the twins or Luka, who, incidentally, is usually depicted with only one sleeve. In Miku's case, minus her distinctive hair, I felt like the sleeve was necessary for her so that it was more obviously Miku. In short, artistic license.
